In 1982, the success for Bucks fizz continued and in April of this year the groups forth single, "My Camera Never Lies" went to number one in the UK. This was followed in May by the groups 2nd studio album 'Are You Ready' which went Gold immediately. This also produced another hit single 'Now Those Days Are Gone' which reached number eight in the UK charts.
On the back of the success of their number one singles and album, the group embarked on a 44 date sell out tour of the UK in July and August. However, it was not only in the UK where the success lies. They also toured Australia, the Philippines and Japan, establishing a big following along the way.
Another award this year as the group won the 'Swap Shop' award for Best Group. |
